The Importance of Air Quality

The Importance of Air Quality

Health and well-being are at the heart of everything we talk about given the pandemic that has gripped the globe.  Whether it be changing behaviours surrounding what we eat and how we prepare food to putting the cleanliness of our environment at the forefront of our minds; what we consume and where the focus of our attention is.

The air we breathe is equally important.  As schools and offices reopen and indoor sports clubs welcome members once more, it is crucial that the indoor air quality is as high as possible.  The only way to maintain a steady flow of good quality air inside, is through air filtered through well maintained HVAC systems.

A steady and continuous supply of fresh air with good ventilation is key.  It is crucial that HVAC systems are regularly maintained and serviced.  The dust and grime, often hidden from view, accumulates over time and affects the performance of the Air Conditioning system.

This is a photo from a recent service.  It is inconceivable for this dust and grime to be wiped across surfaces but left untouched, would disperse particles into the air for staff and customers to breathe.

If you are planning to reopen your building or have an air conditioning unit at home, get in touch and one of our service engineers will sanitise your units.  It won’t only save you money as the Air Conditioning unit will run more efficiently, it will also give you the peace of mind to open your doors, safe in the knowledge that you have done everything you can to keep people safe.
