Absolutely fantastic experience with Acclimatise. A quotation with a few options was sent the same day as Howard’s site survey and it was fitted the following week. Howard, Nigel and Owen did the install including electrics. They were friendly, professional and left the house clean and tidy. The install is very neat both inside and outside. They even took the time to talk through the outdoor unit with my neighbours to reassure them on noise. Price wise they were competitive for a branded unit. I would recommend without reservation and have already done so to my friends.

He explained everything to me, including the anti-Covid precautions and at the completion of the service showed me the report he had compiled on his mobile-phone.
